Widerrufsrecht

(1) Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without giving any reason.

(2) The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods.

(3) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement by email to ahshopy1@gmail.com. A template for withdrawal can be found in our withdrawal policy.

(4) After withdrawing, the customer must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days, at their own expense.

(5) Once the returned goods have been received, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., opened fitness mats).
• Individually made or personalized products.
• Jerseys with a name and/or number, as these are considered personalized items and cannot be returned.
