AGB
1. Scope
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop mysahara.at at the URL mysahara.at.
(2) The operator of the shop and contractual partner of the customer is:

(3) The following GTC apply to all contracts concluded between the provider and the customer via the online shop. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
(4) Any deviating conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to them in writing.
2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) After submitting the order, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
(4) The contract is only concluded when we accept the order through a separate order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods.
3. Prices and Payment
(1) All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT, but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
(2) The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process. These include:
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Klarna (invoice & installment payment, if available)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
(3) The purchase price is due immediately and will be charged using the selected payment method.
(4) In the event of payment failure or chargeback, the customer shall bear any incurred fees.
4. Shipping and Delivery Times
(1) The processing time for orders is usually 1–3 business days.
(2) The shipping time is typically 5–10 business days, resulting in a total delivery time of 6–12 business days.
(3) Shipping is carried out by reputable shipping service providers. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number by email.
(4) If a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.
(5) We currently only deliver within the European Union.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Policy
(1) Customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without giving any reason.
(2) The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the goods.
(3) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement by email to ahshopy1@gmail.com.
(4) After withdrawal, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal, at their own expense.
(5) After receiving the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., opened fitness mats).
• Individually made or personalized products, including jerseys with a name and/or number, as these are considered customized items and cannot be returned.
6. Warranty and Liability
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement.
(2) We do not accept liability for damages resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.
(3) The provider shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Dispute Resolution
(1) The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
(2) We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we always strive to find an amicable solution.
9. Data Protection
All information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
10. Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
(3) The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider, insofar as legally permissible.
